OUR STORY + PHILOSOPHY

We are Carly + Magda: the duo behind CM Studio. We combine years of expertise and a shared belief that great design is a team effort. We love blending classic style with comfort + functionality. Our spaces feel timeless yet cozy, combining the charm of the past with modern design + practical features. We pride ourselves on bringing a detail-oriented approach to every project, and prioritizing client service. While we are based in Chicagoland, we accept projects nationwide.

Before opening CM Studio, we each ran our own interiors businesses. We decided to join forces after discovering that we share a similar design ethos + approach to working with clients. With our unique backgrounds — Carly as a former attorney and Magda transitioning from a corporate career — we bring a wealth of diverse skills to every project.
